Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 18+ years in systems engineering or solutions architecture; active US clearance.
• Experience supporting government customers and proposals.
• Must be a U.S. citizen with TS/SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical solution development for captures and proposals in response to government RFPS.
• Author technical volumes, white papers, and solution narratives from concept to completion.
• Analyze complex government requirements and craft differentiated winning strategies.
• Engage with government customers during pre-RFP shaping activities.
