Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in systems engineering or solutions architecture.
• U.S. Citizens with active TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain a polygraph.
• Experience supporting U.S. Government customers and defense programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical solution development for government captures and proposals in response to RFPs, RFIs, and Sources Sought.
• Author and develop technical volumes, white papers, and solution narratives from concept to completion.
• Analyze and decompose complex government requirements across multiple mission domains.
• Collaborate with capture managers, BD leads, and SMEs to shape winning strategies.
• Develop architectures including system designs, approaches, and roadmaps tailored to customer needs.
• Engage with government customers during pre-RFP shaping activities to influence requirements.
• Support cost and pricing by providing technical basis of estimates and work breakdown structures.
• Maintain awareness of competitive landscape and government priorities within the Intel domain.
