Maximus is hiring a Senior Solutions Lead to bridge business strategy and technology, shaping enterprise-wide solutions that drive outcomes. You will lead complex programs, influence decisions, and partner with business and technology leaders in a fully remote role.

The position requires 7–10 years of experience, a bachelor’s degree, and deep expertise in business and solution architecture, CRM/CCaaS, cloud, and data analytics to support digital strategy and monetization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7–10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in business/solution architecture for enterprise programs.
• Ability to lead flagship pursuits and manage complex tradeoffs.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the development of cross‑line‑of‑business solutions by combining knowledge of business capabilities, value streams, and business processes.
• Work with the Business Development organization to assess threats and opportunities from digital enterprises outside traditional competition.
• Support the organization’s digital strategy and approach to digital innovation and monetization.
• Utilize business architecture deliverables to help leaders identify and make informed technology investments.
