Job summary

Omnissa is seeking a Professional Services Senior Architect to lead the implementation and adoption of Omnissa Horizon for our largest customers. You will gather requirements, design compute infrastructure (private and public cloud), validating deployments, and driving user adoption.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, developing intimate knowledge of customers’ business goals and leveraging your leadership and technical expertise to deliver secure digital workspaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Experience leading technical project teams and delivering post-sales implementations.
• Ability to articulate solution designs to technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and adoption activities of Omnissa Horizon for customers.
• Gather and analyze customer requirements to create architectural designs for compute infrastructure.
• Validate deployment, enhance operations strategy, and drive user adoption.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, aligning solutions with business goals.
