Job summary
Disney Experiences (DX) seeks a senior technology leader to set technical direction across architecture, platform engineering, cloud, AI, and integrations for Disney Cruise Line and Disney Signature Experiences.
You will mentor multiple teams, partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Business leaders, drive modernization, governance, and ensure secure, scalable solutions that align with guest and crew experiences.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in software engineering, architecture, or platform leadership.
- Experience leading large-scale technology initiatives.
- 2+ years of people management.
- Expertise across cloud, web/mobile, and enterprise apps.
- Proven ability to implement architectural standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership across architecture, design, and operations.
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps.
- Establish architectural direction and governance practices.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional engineering teams.
- Engage with stakeholders for planning and reviews.
- Drive improvements in engineering practices and delivery.
