Senior Manager, Solution Architecture will drive complex, cloud-native delivery across AWS/Azure/GCP, leading architecture decisions, budgeting, and client relationships. Strong coding background and AI/ML experience are valued as you guide teams and shape scalable platforms.

You’ll work in a hybrid model with global teams, traveling as needed to deliver outcomes and build trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience architecting and delivering cloud-native systems on AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Hands-on in at least two languages (e.g., Java, C#, JS/TS).
• Deep expertise in microservices, event-driven systems, serverless, APIs, data architecture, security-by-design.
• Experience delivering AI/ML or LLM-based solutions in production.
• Ability to communicate with clients and translate needs into technical solutions.
• Strong leadership and consulting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of technical solutions, ensuring quality and managing risks.
• Engage in delivery leadership, project management, and client interactions across all phases.
• Travel frequently to meet client needs and requirements.
• Solve complex problems using proven methods and evaluative criteria.
• Influence policy and procedural changes with broad business impact.
• Provide direction and feedback to teams and assist hiring.
