Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager, Solution Architecture to lead delivery of complex cloud-based solutions and drive architectural decisions across multiple platforms. You will manage budgets, oversee project delivery, and cultivate strong client relationships while traveling as needed to meet project requirements.

The role emphasizes end-to-end architecture, hands-on guidance to engineering teams, and staying ahead of modern technologies and AI-driven approaches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience architecting and delivering cloud-native systems on AWS/Azure/GCP; responsible for architectural decisions.
• Hands-on programming in at least two modern languages (e.g., Java, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Deep expertise in microservices, event-driven systems, APIs, data architecture, scalability, resiliency, multi-cloud, security-by-design.
• Experience delivering AI/ML or LLM-based business solutions in production environments.
• Experience using AI-native tools to accelerate software engineering outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients; strong leadership and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of technical solutions with quality and risk management.
• Engage in delivery leadership, project management, and client interactions across all project phases.
• Travel frequently to meet client needs and project requirements.
• Own end-to-end architecture from business requirements through delivery and operation.
• Lead engineering teams; set architectural standards, patterns, and guardrails; provide technical guidance.
