Job summary

Convergence Networks is seeking a Solutions Architect to provide architectural consulting and proposal support for Professional Services. You will work with vCIOs, design solutions, and prepare budgets and quotes for client engagements.

Ideal candidates bring MSP project design experience, strong communication, and the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences. This role involves on-site and remote collaboration and some travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years MSP project/solution design experience.
• Experience writing proposals and client demos.
• Ability to research products and craft solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud solutions and Microsoft stack is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, validate and establish business requirements.
• Design solutions aligned with Convergence standards and client goals.
• Prepare budgets and detailed quotes for approved plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and support the vCIO in client meetings.
• Mentor team members and guide technical delivery from design to production.
