Sardine is seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end onboarding and integration for fraud and compliance products. You will collaborate with clients to design solutions, own APIs and SDK documentation, and drive successful delivery across technical teams.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in related roles, strong SQL/JSON skills, and hands-on API tooling experience (OpenAPI, Postman, Python).

Qualifications

• 7+ years in implementation, integrations engineering, or technical account roles.
• 3+ years in B2B SaaS related to payment, fraud, risk, or compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to explain complex concepts to varied audiences.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and drive deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and integration efforts for fraud and compliance products.
• Provide end-to-end onboarding support for clients.
• Own APIs, SDK docs, and integration guides.
