Job summary

Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc. is seeking an Automation Engineer II to design, develop, test, and maintain automation and QA test automation solutions across HR IT.

You will leverage AI-enabled capabilities to reduce manual effort, improve release readiness, and expand employee self-service capabilities within the HR application ecosystem. You will work with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable, secure solutions using SAP SuccessFactors,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions in an enterprise setting.
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation, system integrations, scripting, or low-code/no-code platforms.
• Experience building and maintaining automated test suites and supporting regression testing as part of release management.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end automation solutions using workflow tools, APIs, and system integrations.
• Build AI-enabled capabilities to improve HR efficiency and service quality.
• Own the full solution lifecycle from design to production support and optimization.
• Maintain automated test suites and integrate testing into release pipelines.
