Gifthealth is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to serve as the technical voice for pharmaceutical manufacturer partners, leading discovery and solution design at the start of the partner lifecycle. You will work with Implementation and Client Success, shaping a holistic solution and handing it to Product for execution.

The role emphasizes deep technical credibility, comfort with ambiguity, and quickly earning trust with sophisticated partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, information systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 to 7 years in solutions consulting, solutions architecture, or related roles.
• Experience leading technical discovery, scoping, and solution conversations.
• Knowledge of APIs, integrations, data flows, and system architecture.
• Experience with pharma manufacturer partnerships and healthcare workflows.
• Experience working with implementation and client success teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical discovery and scoping conversations with partners.
• Own the technical relationship at the start of engagements.
• Turn open-ended partner asks into a coherent solution design.
• Provide credible guidance on feasibility and trade-offs.
• Build demos, walkthroughs, and lightweight prototypes.
• Hand off finalized designs to Product with context and rationale.
• Surface patterns and signals from partner conversations for future opportunities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Implementation, Client Success, and Commercial teams to keep solutions realistic and deliverable.
