Job summary

Archer is seeking a talented Solutions Architect to guide Unicorn Delivery Service projects and capabilities. You will drive technical enablement, act as a trusted advisor, and lead engineering teams to deliver mission-focused software solutions for Defense Unicorns.

You will work across CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, Helm, and cloud environments, articulating architectures, fostering collaboration, and ensuring successful customer engagements from discovery through execution.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience (including 1+ year in a manager role).
• Experience leading and developing high-performing engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of containerization and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript; familiarity with web technologies.
• Experience with full-stack development and agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact and trusted advisor for customers' technical needs and goals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers supporting customer engagements.
• Understand and articulate technical impact of engineers on the team and projects.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and manage proof-of-concept work.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on growth strategies and market research.
