Job summary
Defense Unicorns seeks a Solutions Architect to lead technical engagements with U.S. government and defense customers. You will demo, deploy, and architect solutions in Kubernetes and cloud-native environments, guiding long sales cycles and ensuring alignment with mission needs.
You will maintain PoCs, work with BD, engineering, and product teams, and travel to support on-site engagements. Active Secret clearance is required, with nationwide remote work available.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience deploying and troubleshooting Kubernetes and containers.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infra (AWS, Azure) and Linux networking.
- Familiar with CI/CD, GitOps and secure software delivery practices.
- Ability to explain complex systems to diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
- Be the primary technical contact during customer engagements.
- Maintain Kubernetes demo environments and lead live demonstrations.
- Architect solutions and translate requirements into deployments.
- Deliver live proofs-of-concept and guide customers through deployments.
- Troubleshoot Kubernetes, containers, and cloud infra during demos.
