Job summary

Fortive Intelex is seeking a Solution Lead within the Account Services Team to provide architectural leadership for solution design and implementation of Intelex software. The role reviews services estimates and delivers designs for Global Services engagements to ensure the recommended solution is right, risks are mitigated, and non-billable time is minimized.

You will mentor junior consultants, collaborate with a Project Manager, and drive knowledge sharing across teams while traveling 10–40%

Qualifications

Experience implementing enterprise-wide, multi-site software solutions.
Excellent presentation and communication to diverse stakeholders.
Experience coaching team members on technical methods.
Ability to translate requirements into architecture and configuration.

Responsibilities

Facilitates transition from Sales to Global Services for new accounts.
Translates client requirements into an Intelex solution design, including workflow and configuration architecture.
Reviews service estimates and implementation plans to ensure accuracy and reduce non-billable time.
Oversees Implementations Design Workshops to document requirements.
Ensures architectural coherence between technical and business processes.
Leads creation/maintenance of configuration guidelines and best practices.
Performs technical risk assessments.
Mentors junior consultants.
Collaborates with Project Manager to manage risk and resources.
Travel to client locations within Canada, the United States and occasional international travel 10%-40%.
