Job summary

PPRO in Chicago seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer to serve as the technical authority during the commercial lifecycle for enterprise merchants, PSPs, and marketplaces. Based in our Chicago office, you’ll bridge complex payment technology with strategic deal-making and connect clients to our network of Local Payment Methods, modern APIs (GAPI), and MoR solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing solutions engineering or similar role in payments/fintech.
• Experience presenting to enterprise buyers and RFP handling.
• Strong ability to translate merchant needs into technical solutions.

• Oversee go-live enablement and post-live support.
