Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Principal Solutions Architect to lead a portfolio of semiconductor customers, shaping cloud transformation at the intersection of EDA and Generative AI.

You will architect reference patterns, influence the AWS roadmap, and mentor a community of Solutions Architects. In this builder‑facing role, you’ll translate business objectives into scalable cloud architectures, drive faster tape‑outs, optimize workloads for cost and performance, and collaborate with C‑level

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology domains including cloud, software, or systems engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent.
• Experience evangelizing end-to-end technology roadmaps guiding IT transformations to the cloud.
• Proven ability to communicate with C-level and technical audiences and lead workshops.

Responsibilities

• Own the senior technical relationship for leading semiconductor accounts and translate business objectives into AWS architectures.
• Lead high-stakes engagements from discovery to production with a focus on customer outcomes.
• Mentor Solutions Architects and influence the segment's technology strategy and product roadmap.
• Architect and optimize large-scale EDA workloads on AWS across frontend and backend flows.
• Advise on GenAI adoption for design, verification, and documentation, and production GenAI solutions on Bedrock.
• Represent semiconductor customer voice to service teams and contribute to reusable assets.
