Job summary

LMI Government Consulting seeks a Principal/Senior Solutions Architect to design and deploy a real-time asset tracking solution for the U.S. Department of War. This remote role requires about 25% travel and a U.S. citizen with a DoD Secret clearance.

You will optimize a scalable platform leveraging active/passive RFID, cloud infrastructures, and modern software applications, while coordinating RMF/ATO processes and collaborating with Army stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, CE, or related field.
• 5+ years in solutions architecture, engineering, or related technical leadership.
• Experience deploying complex technology solutions to the U.S Army.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure technologies (AWS, Azure).
• Understand DoD RMF and cybersecurity best practices.
• Must be a U.S. citizen with DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight for deployment of asset tracking to the U.S. Army.
• Engage with U.S. Army and DoD organizations to translate mission requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead communication of technical delivery information with internal stakeholders and customer representatives.
• Oversee RMF/ATO compliance activities including documentation, security controls, POAMs, ISSMs/ISSOs coordination.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate with senior leaders to achieve objectives.
