Job summary

Koitecc Solutions seeks a Deputy Program Manager / Senior Solutions Architect to lead enterprise IT modernization, cloud and hybrid strategies, cybersecurity, and systems engineering initiatives. You will guide architecture, drive digital transformation, and ensure secure, scalable IT environments while coordinating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

You will oversee architecture reviews, RMF/ATO compliance, automation efforts, and technology roadmaps to advance DoD/Federal

Qualifications

Citizen with ability to obtain/maintain a Secret Clearance.
IAT Level II certification or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering or related field.
12+ years in large-scale Federal/DoD environments with modernization and automation.
Experience across cloud, virtualization, networking, cybersecurity, and IaC.
Knowledge of RMF, ATO processes, STIGs, and ITIL practices.
Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as senior technical advisor on enterprise IT modernization and strategy.
Lead design and implementation of enterprise infrastructure modernization.
Develop cloud, hybrid, virtualization, networking, and cybersecurity architectures.
Drive automation, IaC, and ServiceNow workflow improvements.
Provide technical leadership across systems, networking, cybersecurity, and infra teams.
Support secure, scalable enterprise and research computing environments.
Conduct architecture reviews and engineering evaluations.
Integrate RMF, continuous ATO, and vulnerability management best practices.
Develop technology roadmaps and lifecycle management strategies.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
