Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Client Solution Strategy & Architecture leader to guide technical engagements throughout the sales process, crafting secure, scalable solutions and architectures that solve client challenges. You’ll present recommendations with the Account Management team and ensure architecture is carried into delivery.

You will collaborate with the CTO to shape reference architectures, evaluate emerging technologies, and establish best practices across our technology stack,

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT infrastructure, consulting, or managed services.
• Strong hands-on expertise: M365, Azure, AD/Entra ID, Networking, Firewalls, Security, Virtualization, Backup/DR, Endpoint Management.
• Proven success designing and implementing complex solutions.
• Experience with technical escalations and root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, identify business and technical requirements, and design secure, scalable solutions for clients.
• Develop solution architectures, scopes of work, implementation plans, and technical proposals.
• Present recommendations and move opportunities forward with Account Manager.
• Provide architectural oversight and guidance during client onboarding and delivery.
• Address complex technical questions and ensure alignment between sold architecture and delivered solution.
