Qualifications

• 6+ years in a customer facing technical role (solutions architecture, professional services, consulting).
• 2+ years in a startup environment, data infra/cloud apps ok.
• Hands-on experience with one or more AI frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver customer technical projects implementing Airbyte solutions.
• Guide customers through their journey with hands-on support as needed.
• Collaborate with GTM, Product, and Engineering to improve onboarding and growth for enterprise customers.
