Airbyte, a data and actions layer for AI agents, seeks a Senior Solutions Architect to lead technical implementations for enterprise customers. You will collaborate with GTM, Product, and Engineering to refine onboarding, deployment, and growth experiences across customers.

This role emphasizes advocacy, cross‑functional collaboration, and delivering measurable customer success. You will work directly with client technical teams, ensuring successful adoption of Airbyte solutions and evaluating

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• 2+ years in a startup environment, in modern data infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with one or more AI frameworks.
• Exposure to AI agent frameworks and prompt engineering is a strong plus.
• Proven track record of supporting products that directly impact business productivity.
• Exceptional customer orientation with a focus on onboarding and ongoing technical success.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute customer technical projects, including deployment of Airbyte solutions.
• Guide customers through their journey with hands-on support as needed.
• Deep Kubernetes expertise with production troubleshooting across workloads and networking.
• Understand SQL, CDC, replication, and data synchronization concepts for issue resolution.
• Advise customers on integrating AI tooling with Airbyte connectors.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to improve onboarding and growth.
