Trace3 LLC in Irvine, CA seeks a Senior Solutions Architect to investigate and understand existing environments, gather business requirements, and formulate technical and business solutions to meet those requirements across evolving Contact Center technologies. This is a customer-facing role that requires strong communication skills and the ability to interpret and explain technical information to diverse audiences. The position is fully remote, allowing telecommuting from any US location, with less than 10% domestic travel to client sites.

Salary Range: $179,800 to $212,900 annually.
