Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Solutions Analyst III in Commercial & Investment Bank Payments Technology to bridge product owners, business, and software developers.

You will elicit and document business and data flow requirements, translate them into feasible solutions, and guide cross-functional teams through change and delivery. You will leverage data analytics to validate requirements, identify trends, and propose improvements while maintaining clear stakeholder communication and domain

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Solutions Analyst, Product Analyst, Payments Operations Analyst, or in a comparable role delivering business or technology change.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Payments Investigation Operations, Product, Technology, and Engineering teams to understand business needs and shape practical solutions that improve the investigation experience.
• Analyze stakeholder requirements and end-to-end payment investigation journeys to identify impacts to processes, systems, teams, data, and capabilities; recommend the functions or enhancements needed to deliver the requested outcome.
• Gather and document requirements in Jira through clear epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and defects; create the supporting BA documentation, including process flows, current- and future-state journeys, business rules, data requirements, impact assessments, and stakeholder decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to clarify requirements, identify dependencies and risks, support prioritization, and maintain traceability from requirement through delivery.
• Use analysis and available payment or operational data to validate requirements, identify trends or gaps, and recommend investigation process, operational, and technology improvements.
• Communicate progress, open questions, risks, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders; continuously build payments and investigation domain knowledge.
