Job summary

Jobtailor in New York seeks a Slate CRM Administrator to drive digital transformation across Graduate Admissions, configuring and optimizing Slate and designing scalable admissions workflows.

You will manage Slate integrations with SIS and other enterprise systems, develop reports and dashboards, and uphold data governance and security to enable data‑driven decisions across the office.

Qualifications

  • Experience administering Slate CRM, including configuration, workflow design, and platform optimization.
  • Proven ability to manage Slate integrations with SIS and other enterprise systems using APIs, ETL processes, or middleware tools.
  • Strong background in business process analysis and solution design.
  • Ability to translate functional needs into technical requirements.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, including admissions cycle preparation and system enhancements.
  • Knowledge of data governance, compliance standards, and best practices related to student and admissions data systems.
  • Ability to develop reports and dashboards within Slate.
  • Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving capabilities in complex system environments.
  • Effective stakeholder communication and relationship management across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Attention to detail focused on data accuracy, system integrity, and security.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Adaptability to evolving technologies, including Slate best practices and upgrades.
  • Availability to work 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities
