Job summary

ARSIEM Corporation seeks a Solution Train Engineer to lead coordination and continuous improvement of a complex SAFe program for a DoD environment in Columbia, Maryland. The role requires hands-on leadership, collaboration with engineering teams, vendors, and PMO, and coaching of Release Train Engineers and Scrum Masters.

The candidate will facilitate large-scale events, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment with security, contract, and mission objectives while supporting delivery

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills across large teams and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Lean‑Agile at scale, SAFe, and cyber DoD environments.
• Experience coordinating complex programs with multiple Agile Release Trains and vendors.
• Proven ability to own issues, drive resolution, and maintain program metrics.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Solution Train execution and large-scale ceremonies (PI planning, demos, Inspect/Adapt).
• Coordinate flow of value across multiple Agile Release Trains and suppliers.
• Manage architectural alignment, interdependencies, and delivery across teams.
• Identify, track, and mitigate cross-team risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Provide clear reporting on delivery progress, risks, and performance metrics.
• Maintain documentation on technical requirements, interdependencies, and program risks.
