Job summary

WellSky Corporation is seeking an Associate Solution Manager to own the full lifecycle of WellSky solutions from inception to delivery. Based at our World Headquarters in Overland Park, KS, you will translate client needs into actionable requirements and drive solutions in the Revenue Cycle Management domain.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and client teams, contribute to roadmaps, prioritize stories, and leverage AI tools to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in healthcare Revenue Cycle Management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand objectives and translate into internal requirements.
• Contribute to roadmaps by identifying projects and timelines.
• Translate client requests into design specifications addressing market needs.
• Collaborate with development teams to deliver features from requirements.
• Assist with prioritizing stories to meet business objectives.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance decision-making and workflows.
