Qualifications
- Advanced SQL skills and experience developing or supporting data-intensive applications.
- Experience with SQL Server and/or Oracle databases and stored procedures.
- Proficiency in C#/.NET or Java for application development.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and support production applications, databases, scheduled jobs, integrations, reports, and supporting services.
- Investigate incidents, determine impact, restore service, and document technical findings.
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement durable corrections for recurring problems.
- Coordinate with providers, SMEs, and support teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
