Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience designing, implementing, or architecting enterprise software solutions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• Strong foundation in software architecture, systems integration, cloud technologies.
• Experience translating business needs into actionable solution designs.
• Ability to build authentic relationships and collaborate with customers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand goals, environments, and requirements through workshops and design sessions.
• Translate needs into scalable, innovative solution recommendations.
• Design end-to-end software solutions that integrate with customer systems and ecosystems.
• Lead requirements gathering, business process analysis, and solution documentation.
• Architect and support API-based integrations between critical applications and data environments.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Operations to deliver customer-centric solutions.
