Job summary

o9 Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Solution Architect in Dallas, TX to lead business requirements sessions and translate them into detailed technical designs for enterprise planning implementations.

You will oversee data collection across ERP/PLM systems, model complex datasets, and configure the o9 platform to solve deep supply chain problems. The role involves mentoring junior staff and coordinating with clients for project milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Electronic/Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
• 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in supply chain planning or related field.
• Experience leading full lifecycle implementations and agile projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead sessions to capture business requirements and document to-be processes.
• Identify data requirements from ERP/PLM systems and other sources.
• Oversee data collection, data modeling, and performance monitoring in the o9 platform.
• Design technical solutions and supervise Architects/Analysts in project delivery.
• Mentor junior team members and coordinate with clients for sign-offs and go-live.
