Job summary

Logicalis seeks a lead Solution Architect to own enterprise collaboration initiatives, including Cisco CUCM, Webex Calling, and Webex Contact Center, with Microsoft 365 integration. This role drives go-to-market offerings and customer governance strategies across U.S. engagements.

You will guide pre-sales, engagements, and roadmaps, partner with Sales, and provide senior technical guidance to clients and internal teams. Travel up to 25–50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years in pre-sales, consulting, or architectural roles focused on enterprise collaboration technologies.
• Deep experience with Cisco Collaboration platforms including CUCM, Webex Calling, Webex Contact Center, and collaboration devices.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft365 and Microsoft Teams integration.
• Certifications in Cisco Collaboration and Microsoft Teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a senior technical seller and advisor for governance‑related customer engagements.
• Partners with Sales to shape deals, influence strategy, and articulate governance value in early‑stage conversations.
• Leads or supports executive‑level customer discussions, workshops, and roadmap conversations on data governance and information protection.
• Develops and evolves Cisco‑centric collaboration offerings including CUCM, Webex Calling, and Webex Contact Center.
• Provides technical enablement, architecture standards, sales materials, and training for collaboration offerings.
• Develops SOW templates and supports delivery teams to ensure successful service execution.
