Job summary

People Driven Technology, Inc is seeking an Enterprise Architect to lead collaboration strategy, discovery, and solution design across unified communications, meetings, messaging, and contact center adjacencies. This senior technical advisor will translate business requirements into defensible outcomes for customers evaluating Cisco, Zoom, and RingCentral platforms.

The role requires deep knowledge of collaboration ecosystems, customer-facing credibility, and the ability to position solutions

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a pre-sales engineering or senior engineering role with direct customer interaction.
• Strong architecture and solution design skills in collaboration technologies.
• Experience translating business needs into defensible collaboration solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery to document business and technical requirements and future-state architectures.
• Design and position collaboration solutions across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments.
• Architect and differentiate solutions around Cisco, Zoom, and RingCentral aligned to customer goals.
• Support account executives and services teams throughout the sales cycle as the technical resource.
• Create architecture narratives, BOMs, SOIs, and executive solution summaries.
