Job summary

Allata, LLC is seeking a Solution Architect Manager to lead the architecture and delivery of an ERP modernization program for a large enterprise client. You will supervise an embedded team of architects, engineers, and analysts, guiding design decisions and ensuring alignment with business goals.

The role requires 10+ years in software engineering and architecture, hands-on experience with .NET, ERP/CRM integrations, and extensive stakeholder engagement with C-level leaders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering and architecture, including lead experience.
• Manager-level consulting or senior leadership experience.
• Experience engaging director, VP, and C-level stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/CRM/financial system integrations and modernizing legacy systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and document current-state processes and platform support.
• Design target-state architectures and event-driven integration patterns for ERP modernization.
• Translate requirements into technical specs and explain decisions.
• Plan incremental rollout across business units using multiple CRM/ERP platforms.
• Review designs and guide delivery to match architecture.
• Define AI-augmented development approach with standards and gates.
• Lead embedded team staffing, allocation, and quality of delivery.
• Own program outcomes: scope, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Build relationships with client technology leaders and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Mentor consultants and keep leadership informed on engagement health and finances.
