Job summary

Akur8 is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead Deploy implementations for North America and Latin America. You will guide insurers from technical discovery through onboarding, integration, and go-live, ensuring scalable, transparent pricing workflows.

You'll collaborate with Sales, Actuarial Data Scientists, and client IT teams, communicate in English and Spanish, and translate complex requirements into practical architectures for a SaaS rating engine.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT integrations in enterprise environments.
• Deep knowledge of insurance policy administration systems and rating processes.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with SaaS delivery and onboarding processes.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Own deployments from discovery to production, and drive completion.
• Coordinate across client IT teams, system integrators, and Akur8 product teams.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and present integration architectures.
• Produce customer-facing documentation in English and Spanish.
• Identify project risks and mitigation plans with the customer.
