Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering IT solutions with senior architecture experience.
• Strong P&C insurance industry knowledge and processes.
• Azure cloud architecture experience and platform design.
• Ability to translate business needs into tech specs for teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholders.
• Mentor junior architects and foster collaboration.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 and AWS is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead collaboration with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.
• Develop architectures for complex systems consistent with IT target architecture.
• Create target designs, roadmaps, and solution directions for modernization.
• Apply architecture principles, standards, and design patterns across projects.
• Communicate architecture objectives to non-technical stakeholders and oversee implementation.
• Ensure solutions meet functional, non-functional, security, and regulatory requirements.
