Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 10+ years in solution architecture, data architecture, systems integration, or related technical roles.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM, marketing automation platforms, CDPs, analytics tools, ETL/integration platforms, and data management solutions.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and enterprise system integrations.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable technology solutions.
• Experience working with data, analytics, engineering, and business teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end technology solutions, including system integrations, data flows, and process frameworks.
• Define architecture standards for CRM, analytics, automation, and other enterprise platforms.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and synchronization across multiple systems.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including CRM, Operations, Data, Analytics, and Engineering.
• Establish best practices for data governance, tracking, reporting, and system optimization.
• Identify opportunities to improve automation, performance, and operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot complex integration, data, and system issues.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend enhancements to the technology ecosystem.
