Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, marketing or related field.
• 10+ years of solution and data architecture, systems integration, or related roles.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM, marketing automation, CDPs, analytics, ETL/integration, and data management.
• Strong data architecture, modeling, and enterprise system integrations.
• Proven track record designing scalable technology solutions.
• Experience collaborating with data, analytics, engineering and business teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end technology solutions including systems integrations and data flows.
• Define architecture standards for CRM, analytics, automation and other platforms.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and synchronization across systems.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical specs.
• Collaborate with CRM, Operations, Data, Analytics and Engineering teams.
• Establish data governance, tracking, reporting and system optimization.
• Identify opportunities to improve automation, performance and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot complex integration, data and system issues.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and propose ecosystem enhancements.
