Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or other technical program including mathematics, applied physics and/or Business Administration.
• Four years of related experience can be used in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
• 7 years technical leadership and hands-on technology implementation including 4 years in software development, DevSecOps, architecture and data domains; 2 years in solution/enterprise architecture.
• Experience with Solution Architecture, Application Architecture, ALM, and standards; leading design and implementation of complex initiatives.
• Must have experience in at least five domains listed in the ad.

Responsibilities

• Leads the solution architecture process.
• Develops and publishes the Solution Blueprint with adherence to BCBSLA standards.
• Leads enterprise architecture and infrastructure standards development.
• Maintains roadmaps and lifecycle plans for enterprise architecture.
• Publishes metrics to demonstrate maturity and value of the architecture practice.
• Collaborates with Project Portfolio to maximize shared services.
• Engages with vendors to integrate technologies.
• Mentors architects, engineers and analysts.
• Provides high-level analysis and design reviews.
