Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years related experience in IT architecture.
• Master's degree preferred; PMP, TOGAF, CISSP, HITRUST or similar certifications encouraged.
• Three years of IT architecture experience required and experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience developing enterprise architecture frameworks, roadmaps, and reference architectures.
• Ability to align technology strategies with business objectives and manage security considerations.
• Experience with security controls, privacy, compliance, and operational resilience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with business and technology leaders to align investments with organizational goals.
• Defines and communicates architectural strategies, standards, and governance across domains.
• Maintains reference architectures, design patterns, and architectural guidelines.
• Designs and maintains enterprise security architectures supporting regulatory requirements.
• Leads evaluations of emerging technologies and adoption strategies with business value.
• Supports continuity planning, disaster recovery, and capacity planning.
• Drives innovation, reduces technical debt, and fosters continuous improvement.
