Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Solution Architecture within the Platforms Practice. You will lead delivery of complex, cloud-based solutions for ambitious clients, guiding architecture from design to production while managing budgets and stakeholder expectations.

The role combines hands-on technical leadership with client-facing responsibilities, involving travel and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to shape digital platforms and AI-enabled business solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in solution architecture or similar roles.
• Proven experience architecting and delivering cloud-native systems on AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Hands-on coding experience in two modern languages (e.g., Java, C#, JS/TS).
• Strong knowledge of microservices, serverless, APIs, data architecture, scalability and security-by-design.
• Experience delivering AI/ML or LLM-based solutions in production environments.
• Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive leadership with ability to guide diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex technical solutions and manage operational risks.
• Engage in delivery leadership, project management, and client interactions across project phases.
• Travel frequently to meet client needs and project requirements.
• Provide architectural guidance, patterns, and guardrails across projects.
• Collaborate with customers, executives, sales, and partners to ensure successful cloud implementations.
• Own end-to-end architecture from requirements to production and evolution.
