Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Solution Architecture to lead the delivery of complex cloud-based solutions, working across business units and client engagements. The role emphasizes end-to-end architecture, multi-cloud strategies, and hands-on leadership to ensure successful outcomes.

You will partner with client teams and EY colleagues to design scalable systems, foster innovation with AI/ML, and guide engineering while maintaining strong client relationships in a hybrid, client-facing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience architecting large-scale, cloud-native systems on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Hands-on coding in at least two modern languages (e.g., Java, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Deep knowledge of microservices, event-driven systems, serverless, APIs, data architecture, scalability, and security-by-design.
• Experience delivering AI/ML or LLM-based solutions in production.
• Ability to communicate business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent consulting, communication, and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of technical solutions, ensuring quality and managing risks.
• Engage in delivery leadership, project management, and client interactions across phases.
• Travel frequently to meet client needs and requirements.
• Solve complex problems using proven methods and evaluative criteria.
