Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Solution Architecture to lead delivery of cloud-native, AI-enabled platforms for major clients. You will own end-to-end architecture, guide engineering teams, and influence strategic technology decisions across multi-cloud environments.

You will partner with clients, executives, and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes, while shaping best practices and architectural standards across engagements. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree and ideally a Master’s degree.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in complex, cloud-native solutions.
• Experience architecting large distributed cloud-native systems on AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Hands-on software engineering in at least two modern languages (Java, C#, TS).
• Deep expertise in microservices, APIs, data architecture, scalability and security‑by‑design.
• Experience delivering AI/ML or LLM-based business solutions.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions for clients.
• Strong organizational, leadership, consulting, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of technical solutions, ensuring quality and managing risks.
• Engage in delivery leadership, project management, and client interactions.
• Travel as needed to meet client needs and project requirements.
• Influence architectural standards and guardrails within teams.
• Own end-to-end architecture from business requirements to production.
