Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a Principal Solution Architect to lead enterprise solution design and delivery across client environments. This senior role blends hands-on delivery accountability with executive-level strategy to ensure solutions are well-designed, implemented, and realized with measurable business impact.

You will own the end-to-end solution lifecycle—from pre-sales through delivery—serving as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning technical outcomes with business objectives and long-term

Qualifications

• 15+ years of combined experience in technical pre-sales and solution implementation
• 15+ years of experience in client-facing roles, including executive-level engagement
• 5+ years of experience in data-driven marketing environments (database, direct, or digital marketing)
• Cloud platform expertise ( AWS, Azure, or GCP )
• Snowflake, Databricks, or similar data platforms
• Real-time data processing architectures
• AI/ML-enabled analytics solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design for complex, enterprise-scale engagements across multiple clients or industries
• Own scoping, estimation, and cost modeling for large and complex opportunities
• Review and validate proposals for technical integrity, feasibility, risk, and alignment to standards
• Deliver impactful technical presentations tailored to varying stakeholder audiences
• Own the transition from pre-sales to delivery, ensuring continuity and execution success
• Provide ongoing leadership and oversight throughout implementation
• Ensure solutions are scalable, optimized, and deliver measurable client value
• Drive successful adoption and realization of solutions within client environments
