Job summary

Code and Theory seeks a Solution Architect at Associate Director level to translate complex requirements into scalable data platforms and AI-enabled workflows for enterprise clients. You’ll define technical vision, standards, and patterns, guiding engineering teams through implementation.

You’ll lead architecture design for data pipelines, integrate AI capabilities, and ensure governance, security, and compliance across projects, while collaborating with ML engineers and client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software or data engineering with architecture focus.
• Breadth across cloud, APIs, data, and platforms.
• Experience with data governance, privacy, security best practices.
• Experience integrating AI/ML into data pipelines; GenAI exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design for mid-to-large client engagements focusing on data platforms and AI-enabled workflows.
• Produce architecture artifacts and standards; guide engineers through implementation.
• Lead discovery sessions with client teams and craft enterprise roadmaps.
• Align architecture with security, privacy, and governance requirements.
• Contribute to pre-sales scoping, RFP responses, and solution presentations.
