Qualifications

• Significant experience in consulting, professional services, pre‑sales, delivery, or enterprise digital transformation.
• Around 10+ years of customer-facing experience involving solutioning, scoping, advisory work, or strategic consulting.
• Strong experience with enterprise CMS platforms, with Adobe Experience Manager preferred.
• Experience translating business requirements into solution direction and communicating value to executives and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to understand objectives, requirements, constraints, risks and success metrics.
• Translate customer needs into clear solution strategies, scoped proposals, and phased roadmaps.
• Create customer-ready presentations, proposals, estimates, and solution narratives articulating Adobe value.
• Help customers modernize content operations through Content Supply Chain, AI-enabled workflows, and agentic approaches to experience delivery.
• Advise on architecture approaches, integration patterns, risks and best practices across enterprise CMS and digital experience environments.
