• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions consulting, solutions architecture, or technical leadership.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software development and modern engineering practices.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD, and microservices.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both engineers and executives.
• Experience with enterprise customers or complex technical environments.
• Experience as an Engineering Manager, Technical Lead, or Solutions Architect.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies or AI-driven products.
• Background working with enterprise SaaS or developer tooling.

Responsibilities

• Advise enterprise customers evaluating Blitzy on technical architecture and implementation.
• Lead technical discussions covering software architecture, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and developer workflows.
• Run proofs-of-concept and demonstrate measurable business impact.
• Guide customers through integrating Blitzy into their existing development environments.
• Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Translate customer feedback into product improvements and roadmap insights.
• Build trusted relationships with technical stakeholders and executives.
• Drive post-sale adoption and expansion across teams and products.
• Serve as the technical conduit between Blitzy’s CTO, AI Engineering team, and customer teams.

About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Solution Architect to engage, educate, and close prospective customers looking to modernize their software development with AI. You will work directly with engineering leaders, CTOs, and technical teams at mid‑market and enterprise companies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

This is a highly competitive, sales‑driven role for someone who wants to win deals, build relationships, and help drive revenue. We want technically sharp, high‑achieving individuals—former athletes, debaters, or those with a proven history of excelling in competitive environments. You’ll work closely with our Chief Revenue Officer and leadership team to capitalize on the massive inbound demand we’re experiencing, and manage customer relationships post‑sale to drive expansion across enterprise teams.

Compensation: $165,000-$245,000 + Uncapped Commission + Equity
