Qualifications

• 15+ years of Civil Engineering experience in waste management or related field.
• P.E. license active with OK registration or ability to obtain.
• Experience scoping service and budget (proposal) developments and managing profitable projects.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate with clients, contractors, and government agencies.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to complete engineering tasks such as airspace and earthwork calculations.
• Prepare and review technical reports and design stormwater leachate and landfill gas systems.
• Develop proposals, budgets, and schedules; manage staff and ensure QA/QC.
• Interface with clients, contractors, and regulators through all project phases.
• Mentor staff and contribute to professional development and career pathing.
