Job summary

Integrity Environmental Solutions is seeking a Civil Engineer/Solid Waste Engineer to lead design and program management within the solid waste sector. The role supports landfill cell design, permitting, and project execution with opportunities for client development and staff mentoring.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in design and engineering, 3–5+ years in solid waste, and a PE license. The position offers relocation support and a comprehensive benefits package in a full-time capacity.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience specific to design and engineering.
• 5+ years at an engineering consulting firm preferred.
• 3-5+ years working in solid waste/landfill industry required.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering.
• Professional Engineer license (PE) required.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Pre-employment drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle records checks.
• Business Development experience preferred.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage large solid waste projects primarily in the southeastern US.
• Mentor and supervise project teams.
• Develop and prepare proposals, schedules, and budgets.
• Understand and implement local, state and federal rules and regulations throughout all project work.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Coordinate tasks and scheduling effectively.
• Coordinate with vendors and sub-consultants.
• Prepare design plans, reports, data analysis, and compliance tasks.
