Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering or quantitative field.
• 8+ years of solar or energy storage project management experience.
• Strong communication for senior stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and goals.
• Leadership in fostering collaboration and proactive information seeking.
• Expert in complex problem solving in challenging project scenarios.
• Detail oriented while maintaining broad project perspective.
• Mentor and develop other PM team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide overarching leadership and strategic direction for multiple solar/energy storage projects across regions.
• Ensure projects meet schedule, cost, quality, and risk management objectives from NTP through COD and hand-off.
• Lead Project Management organization and establish governance, standards, controls, KPIs, and best practices.
• Define resource allocation strategies and portfolio priorities aligned with organizational goals.
• Provide executive oversight of portfolio performance, including forecasting and risk mitigation.
• Oversee budget stewardship from NTP to final completion and ensure as-modeled condition.
• Lead negotiations and oversee contracts, consultants, vendors, and major subcontractors.
• Ensure contractor compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies; resolve critical issues during execution.
• Build and strengthen PM organization through hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
• Direct Project Managers and internal resources to drive successful execution.
• Set high standards for performance and foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Drive alignment across Development, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Finance, Legal, and Asset Management teams.
