Job summary

Renewable Energy Partners, Inc. in Corona, CA seeks a Senior Solar Project Manager to lead permitting, utility interconnection, and client coordination from design through PTO.

The role emphasizes regulatory navigation, cross-functional collaboration with engineers and field teams, and clear communication with corporate clients and stakeholders to maintain project velocity. Experience with AHJ processes and interconnection agreements is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years managing commercial solar deployment, with emphasis on permitting, coordinating engineering drawings and client management.

Responsibilities

• Lead AHJ permitting by submitting structural and electrical plan sets to local jurisdictions.
• Coordinate interconnection tracks to secure NEM approvals and Interconnection Agreements.
• Host client progress meetings and translate complex technical concepts for executive clients.
• Bridge communication gaps between sales, engineering, procurement, and field crews.
• Facilitate design reviews to meet client constraints and codes, hand off to field teams.
