Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction initiatives across engineering, manufacturing and renewable energy projects. You will coordinate teams, track schedules, manage contracts, and ensure safety and quality standards on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• Certified Trade Apprenticeship Program or Equivalent Experience.
• Ongoing Industry Training.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a liaison to clients, inspectors, and other visitors.
• Promotes and maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards.
• Complies with legal regulations and obtains all required inspections.
• Manages and coordinates work to ensure it’s constructed in an orderly and deliberate manner and aligns with contract documents.
• Develops, maintains and manages project schedules with all parties to meet milestones.
• Administers contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders and other agreements.
• Manages changes in project scope and ensures current contract documents are used.
• Maintains project files and paperwork such as timecards, field reports and submittals.
• Supports closeout of a project including punch lists and start-up.
